Just found the pool gate is left unlocked and unattended.
Frankly this is a tragedy waiting to happen. Youth will go in there inspite of the sign!! How may kids drowned this summer in pools??!!
EXTREME NEGLIGENCE here. You have all worked hard and contributed to this pool. DON"T take this lightly. It takes one person going through that gate, and haveing an accident. If it is a minor, then I hope you are ready for the  Civil suit which you will lose, and the possible criminal negligence from leaving this unlocked. It is a community pool and should be locked ,keys given out as necessary for Members to use if they have a key.
DONT ALL OF YOU COLLECTIVELY KNOW BETTER THAN THIS?? MY GOD, YOU'VE SETUP A POTENTIAL TRAGEDY FOR A FAMILY IN THE AREA!
PLEASE LOCK THIS DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND CEASE LEAVING THIS OPEN.
PLEASE ALERT YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND NEIGHBORS FIRST.THEN CALL OUR PARTIES RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.

In prior neighborhoods we have lived in each member of the pool was given a key.  If you lost your key you paid some amount for a new one.  That served 2 purposes:
1) Made sure the pool was kept locked from a liability standpoint
2) Kept non-members from being able to use the pool
